I have read and understood the Customer Information Notice provided to me by D ve D Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş. (“Company” or “Yeniköy”) within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

For all brands of the Company:

I accept that my identity information, contact information, visual and audio records, marketing information, customer transaction information, vehicle information, and transaction security information are processed by Yeniköy Motors for the purposes of: (i) conducting marketing analysis, analyzing purchasing habits and tendencies, carrying out personalized marketing activities through printed materials and/or segmentation, all kinds of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, collecting feedback and conducting research regarding all customer processes including the Yeniköy Motors platform, Company locations, Yeniköy Motors centers, all vehicle purchase and sales services and appraisal services (including customer satisfaction surveys), and executing all kinds of survey and research processes and marketing activities; (ii) carrying out advertising/campaign/promotion processes and communication activities, and sending commercial electronic messages (via phone, SMS, MMS, email (printed and/or personalized) or other means); and (iii) sending electronic commercial messages for the purposes of evaluating, rating, and/or reviewing the services provided by the Company on social media platforms (such as Google, etc.), including all Company locations (including Yeniköy Motors centers and all platforms where services are provided).

I accept that my identity information, contact information, visual and audio records, customer transaction information, vehicle information, and transaction security information are processed by Yeniköy Motors for the purposes of: (i) fulfilling all second-hand vehicle purchase and sales services carried out through Company locations (including Yeniköy Motors centers and all platforms where services are provided) and executing related processes.

I accept that my identity information, contact information, financial information, occupational information, customer transaction information, legal transaction information, and vehicle information are processed by Yeniköy Motors for the purposes of: (i) conducting loan application processes and (ii) sharing with contracted financial institutions (including financing companies and banks) regarding vehicles to be purchased through loans, and executing related processes.

I accept that my identity information, contact information, financial information, auction information, customer transaction information, legal transaction information, and vehicle information are processed by Yeniköy Motors for the purposes of: (i) conducting auction processes for vehicles that customers wish to sell through auction methods, (ii) carrying out appraisal, vehicle sales, and payment transactions within the scope of auction sales, and (iii) finalizing the auction process and executing related processes.

I accept that, for the purposes stated above, the Company may share my personal data listed above, based on my explicit consent, with its group companies, both domestically and internationally; with its business partners; with insurance, security, software, marketing (including user experience (UX) and market research agencies), legal, appraisal, finance (including financing companies and banks), logistics, and tax consultancy/support service providers; with financial institutions; with third parties who have access to auction processes; with social media companies collaborated for marketing purposes; and with third parties providing services related to the Company’s activities (such as SMS and email service providers, e-invoice and e-archive service providers, CRM systems, cloud computing and backup service providers, etc.).

Additionally, I accept that my personal data (identity information, contact information, financial information, occupational information, marketing information, customer transaction information (including vehicle information), visual and audio records, and transaction security information) may be transferred abroad and shared with business partners providing services in advertising and public relations, cloud computing, backup, software, and finance, for the purposes of conducting advertising and marketing, measurement, targeting, profiling, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ensuring information security processes, and providing e-invoice and e-archive services.
